This is simply the number of times you have prestiged. It determines a few things such as the cost of Humble Pies as well as the gem cost for prestiging. It is also added to your health before multiplied for earth bonus and it is added to the number of gems received from bosses.
Prestige Energy[]
Your prestige energy is added to your total energy. It is increased by drinking Vitali-Tea.
Prestige Exp[]
This is the amount of bonus experience that you will start a new game with. This is based on the number of gems you've collected before prestiging and can increase your starting level.
Max Scene[]
This is the highest scene you have achieved before prestiging. It is taken into account when you start a new game and determines your starting scene. The lower the difficulty, the higher your starting scene will be.
Pack Size[]
This is how large your backpack is, which determines how many items you can carry. This is increased by eating Macho Nachos.
Prestige Air[]
This is how much Air bonus you have from eating Breezy Cheese.
Prestige Earth[]
This is how much Earth bonus you have from eating Toughen Muffins.
Prestige Fire[]
This is how much Air bonus you have from eating Pricey Spices.
Prestige Water[]
This is how much Air bonus you have from slurping Funny Hunny.
Prestige Luck[]
This is how much Air bonus you have from eating Dandy Candy.
